Client Portals
Give clients secure access to upload documents without the back-and-forth of email. Each portal is PIN-protected with automatic expiration for maximum security.

Creating a Portal Link

Select Client Folder
Navigate to the client's folder, or create a new one. The portal will give clients access to upload to this specific folder only.

Click "Create Portal Link"
Find this button in the folder actions menu (three dots) or the toolbar.

Configure Security Settings
PIN Code:Set a 4-6 digit PIN the client will need to access the portal
Expiry Date:Choose when the link expires (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, custom)

Share with Client
Copy the link and PIN to share with your client via:
Email
SMS
Copy Link
File Request Checklists
Stop the email back-and-forth. Create a checklist of exactly what documents you need from clients.

- Click "Add Checklist" when creating portal
- Add items and mark which are required
- Save as template for reuse

Tip: You can extend or revoke portal access at any time from the Portals management screen.
