The OMGCRM dashboard gives you a complete view of your sales pipeline, recent activity, and key metrics at a glance. Learn how to navigate and customize your workspace.
Main Dashboard Areas
Pipeline View
Your visual sales pipeline shows all deals organized by stage. Each card represents a contact or deal that you can drag between stages.
- Drag and drop cards between stages to update status
- Click any card to view full contact details
- Color-coded stages help identify deal status at a glance
Activity Feed
The activity feed shows all recent actions across your pipeline, including new leads, stage changes, completed tasks, and team activity.
- Filter by activity type (leads, tasks, emails, calls)
- Click any activity to jump to the related contact
- Timestamps show when each action occurred
Notifications Panel
Stay on top of important events with real-time notifications for new leads, overdue tasks, and deal updates.
- Bell icon shows unread notification count
- Configure notification preferences in Settings
- Enable email/SMS alerts for critical events
Key Metrics Explained
The metrics bar at the top of your dashboard shows real-time performance indicators:
Sum of all deal values across active stages
New contacts added to your pipeline this month
Percentage of leads that reach 'Won' stage
Average days from first contact to close
Follow-up tasks requiring action today
Average time to first response on new leads
