Gettingstarted.

From first login to your first working automation: account setup, launching apps, and inviting your team.

Set up your account

Four steps between signup and a working workspace.

1. Verify your email and log in

Create your account, click the verification link we send, and log in to reach your dashboard.

2. Complete your profile

Add your company name, industry, and timezone. This tailors templates to your business and keeps scheduling correct for your location.

3. Set up notifications

Enable email notifications for key events in Settings, and set the preferences that suit how you work.

4. Review billing

Open the Billing section, add a payment method, and review your current plan and usage.

Build your first automation

A lead notification alert: when a new lead comes in, you get an instant SMS or email, so no lead waits on you to check a dashboard. You'll need your account set up and notification preferences saved first.

1. Open Automations

From your dashboard go to Services, then Automations, or navigate straight to /portal/client/automations. Click Create New Automation or Request Automation.

2. Choose your trigger

The trigger is the event that starts the automation. Select New Lead Created, choose your lead source (form submission or webhook), and add optional filters.

3. Define the action

Select Send Notification and pick a channel: SMS, email, or Slack. The message template can include the lead's name, email, and source.

4. Test it

Click Test, confirm the notification arrives, and check that every field came through correctly.

5. Activate and monitor

Toggle the automation to Active. You can watch its logs from your dashboard and edit it any time.

Once it works, level it up: auto-assign leads by territory, add follow-up reminder sequences, or request a custom build.

Invite your team

Go to Settings, then Team. Click Invite Team Member, enter their email, pick a role, choose which apps they can access, and send the invite. They get an email with a login link.

Owner

Full access to everything, including billing. Can add or remove any user and change all settings.

Admin

Full access to apps and automations and can invite non-admin members. No access to billing or account deletion.

Team Member

Access to assigned apps only. Can view and use automations but not create or edit them, and cannot invite others.

Viewer

Read-only access to dashboards and reports. Useful for stakeholders or clients who need visibility without edit rights.
