Access Automations

  • From your Dashboard, go to Services → Automations
  • Or navigate directly to /portal/client/automations
  • Click "Create New Automation" or "Request Automation"

Choose Your Trigger

What's a trigger? It's "what starts the automation" — the event that kicks everything off.

  • Select "New Lead Created" as your trigger
  • Choose your lead source: form submission, CRM entry, or webhook
  • Configure any filters (optional)

Define Your Action

What's an action? It's "what happens when triggered" — the task that runs automatically.

  • Select "Send Notification" as your action
  • Choose your channel:
SMS
Email
Slack
Example Message Template:

Test Your Automation

  • Click "Test" to send a sample notification
  • Verify you received the notification
  • Check that all data came through correctly

Activate & Monitor

  • Toggle the automation to "Active"
  • View automation logs in your dashboard
  • Edit anytime if you need to make changes
