Important: services are billed separately. Your OMGCRM subscription is separate from SecureVault Docs. Each app manages its own plan, payment methods, and invoice history independently, to give you better control and budget tracking per department.
How billing works
Payment methods
Each app allows you to attach a unique credit card or bank account. Perfect for allocating costs to different cost centers.
App plans
Upgrade or downgrade individual services as needed. You don't need to upgrade your entire account to get features for just one tool.
Invoices
Finding a receipt? Check the specific app's settings. Invoices are generated separately for each active subscription.
Common questions
- How do I verify which card is paying for what? Go to the specific App, then Settings, then Billing to see the active card for that service.
- Can I consolidate my billing? Currently, we separate billing to ensure transparency. Enterprise accounts can request consolidated invoicing by contacting support.
